More time than I had allotted to spend in here. I finished up in here at 11:30, for a gel manicure and pedicure. Another 10 min later a different employee started my manicure, but I was told she could not do my polish, so when she was done, I was left waiting again for an employee to free up to finish my manicure. I was given a bowl of warm water to soak and no one came to the table for 10 min, and when an employee came over, it was then it was just to remove my polish and back in the soak. Pedicure was finished up around 10 where they shuffled me to a table to get my manicure. I was never told I would wait this long just to get started and I was not offered a refreshment. I had one Working on my pedicure by 9:28. My Saturday morning experience, I arrived at 9:08 and was the 4th client in the door, 1 person working trying to get everyone taken care of.
